First run 2027  ·  Registration open

Privacy

Effective 19 August 2026

The short version

Bourvany collects one thing: your email address, and only if you type it into the registration form. It is used to send you two messages — one when pre-orders open, one when they close. It is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. Ask and it is deleted.

1. Who we are

Bourvany is a menswear brand and a trading name of Pond Hill Capital LLC, which is the data controller responsible for the information described here.

Write to us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

What you give us. Your email address, if you submit the registration form. No other field exists on this site, and nothing else is asked for.

What is collected automatically. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard server logs when a page loads: IP address, browser type, referring page, and time. This exists to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers of any kind.

What is stored on your device. Nothing. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

3. Why, and on what basis

DataPurposeLawful basis
Email addressTo send the two launch messagesYour consent
Server logsTo deliver the site and prevent abuseLegitimate interests

4. What we will not do

If that ever needs to change, we will ask you again rather than assume.

5. Who handles it for us

Two services process this information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own:

Both are based in the United States.

6. How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or twelve months after the pre-order window closes — whichever comes first. Then it is deleted. Server logs are kept only as long as our host retains them in the ordinary course.

7. Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do neither. We will not treat you differently for exercising any right.

Wherever you are, write to us and we will do it. There is no account to log into and no verification beyond confirming you control the address in question.

8. Where it is held

Your information is stored in the United States. If you write to us from the UK or the EEA, that is a transfer outside your region; our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to make it lawful.

9. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us an address, tell us and it will be removed.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The registration list is held in our email provider's systems under their security controls. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

11. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that materially affects you, the effective date above will change, and — if you are on the registration list — we will tell you before the change takes effect.
